FREQUENTLY ASKED WEDDING QUESTIONS

I’m here to answer a few questions that might be floating around in your head or firmly pinned on your pinterest board under ‘Questions to ask your celebrant’.

+ How long before a ceremony do you rock up?

1 hour. I like to get in the zone and start the tunes pumping and generally creating an awesome vibe for your big day. I usually run through the ceremony a couple of times and start mingling with guests to start creating the fun.

+ Can you MC our wedding also?

Maybe in the future but not now. You know that expression ‘go hard and go home?’ Yep well that’s me. I much prefer celebrating your wedding day back at mine with my 2 beautiful boys and a glass of bubbles. CHEERS! However, I do have some awesome celebrant mates that would be only too happy to help you out with that.

+ Do we really need a rehearsal?

YES 100% YES! This eradicates any of the nerves and also starts to get you really excited. I do not charge extra for rehearsals as I believe it’s the key to a seamless ceremony on the day.

+ Are you LGBTQI+ inclusive?

Aah yeah of course, who isn’t? Love is love and it is all magical in my eyes.

+ What will you wear?

Depends on the weather on the day, the vibe, the colour palette or whether you have any special requests.

+ How do we know you are the one for us?

You don’t. I don’t claim to be the best fit for everyone. Until we meet and we like each other, then we go from there. Choose a celebrant who you could see yourself going out for dinner or a few drinks with. If you like to have a laugh and a good time then I’m probably your girl.

+ How many weddings do you do per day?

One and it's yours! I put my heart and soul into every wedding I do. Couldn't possibly share that huge amount of love with anyone else.

+ How long does a ceremony go for?

The ceremony can be over legally in less than 5 mins but if you want one that people will remember around 18-25 mins is the sweet spot.

+ Are you available for our wedding?

Hopefully! Just go to my contact page, find your date, book it in and I'll contact you to confirm.
